Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

  • For orders under €50, shipping costs are calculated and clearly shown during checkout.

The exact shipping costs (for orders under €50) may vary by region and are always clearly shown before completing the order.

Delivery Area

We deliver within the Netherlands and to other countries (within and outside Europe). Delivery times may vary by region and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information will be shared if available through the carrier.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may apply. These costs are beyond our control, are non-refundable, and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customs inspections may extend the delivery time.

Address Changes

Would you like to change the delivery address after placing an order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@easytiles.nl. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee this once an order has been processed or shipped.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to accept the delivery in time, we reserve the right to deduct return and/or reshipping costs from any refund.

Damage or Problems Upon Delivery

If wall tiles are received damaged or if there is a problem with the delivery, we ask that you report this within a reasonable time after receipt via info@easytiles.nl, so that we can work with you to find an appropriate solution.
