Welcome to the shipping policy of EasyTiles. We sell exclusively wall tiles. This policy explains how shipping, delivery times and shipping costs are applied for customers in the Netherlands (and beyond). Delivery times and conditions are indicative and may vary by region, depending on destination, carrier, (any) customs handling and other external factors.

Delivery area
We deliver within the Netherlands and to other countries (inside and outside Europe). Delivery times may vary by region and local delivery conditions.

We work with reliable logistics partners and local carriers. The choice of carrier depends on the destination and operational availability.
Shipping confirmation & tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information is shared where available via the carrier.
Customs, import duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT or other charges may apply. These costs are beyond our control, are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs inspections may extend the delivery time.
Address changes
Would you like to change the delivery address after placing an order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@easytiles.be. We will do our best to apply changes but cannot guarantee this once an order has been processed or shipped.
Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to accept delivery in time, we reserve the right to deduct return and/or reshipping costs from any refund.
Damage or delivery issues
If wall tiles are received damaged or if there is a problem with the delivery, please report this within a reasonable time after receipt at info@easytiles.be, so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
